We charge no listing fees and no monthly fees!

We have a flat, simple final value fee of only 10% for each sale (shipping is excluded) – so you pay nothing until you sell an item.

All payments are securely processed through PayPal and their transaction fee’s are just 3.4% + 20p

Nearly everyone who buys or sells online has PayPal so we believe it is most beneficial for both our buyers and sellers for us to use PayPal as our payment processor. Sellers are required to sign up for or use an existing free account with PayPal in order to receive payments on our marketplace. PayPal’s transaction fees are very competitive: has no monthly fees, simply 3.4% + 20p (as of January 1, 2017). Fees are reduced if your sales volume exceeds £15,000/month.

With PayPal, you can accept payments from PayPal and pretty much any credit card or debit card, so it is a no-brainer really.

Your shop name is the name which you chose when you opened your shop.  If you ever change your shop name on BGTTM, your URL will change to the new name. We strongly urge you not to change your shop name once you have everything set up as any links that we or you create to promote your shop will no longer work.

Through the use of, our buyers and sellers will enter legally binding contracts for the Sale Of Goods Act, and the Distance Selling Regulations that govern online sales in the United Kingdom. Both parties are expected to fulfill the arrangement for the purchase and sale of goods.

In the event of a dispute, first and foremost, buyers and sellers should use the messaging system supplied by us to attempt to resolve a dispute regarding a transaction on our website.

You must use every reasonable attempt and known channel to directly contact the customer with which you are conducting a transaction before contacting admin.

For disputes which are not being resolved and need our attention, please contact us through our support forums or via our contact page. We will promptly reply to assist in resolving the matter. While we will always attempt to maintain a safe, free trade environment, has no obligation to mitigate or resolve disputes between users and other parties.

Transactions are conducted through PayPal, so any PayPal disputes, financial refunds or charge backs will occur within the PayPal system.

Sellers must only list products for sale that fall under the acceptable product types defined within the Terms of Use. We are a handmade/locally produced and locally sourced food and drinks marketplace. If you still have questions, take a look our FORUMS and ask away! is a marketplace of independent shops, so any subsequent refunds, returns or exchanges are handled individually by each seller.  Each seller will set their own shop policies, which should be shown on seller info section or with their delivery policies.
